Im a newbie with the android boxes and after getting royally bent over by a kijiji deal with another person I thought one more try. I contacted Vance and purchased a new box from him. I was refered to Vance at Home Arcade in a Box by a friend, who insisted that the quality of product and service would not disappoint.
That was 100% correct. Vance and Angie take the time to make sure that you are totally happy with the product and teach, step by step, how to operate every aspect by yourself.
I was in need of a software update, one text message later and I was contacted and booked in for a remote upgrade where Vance told me over the phone, everything that he was doing and all of the changes in the software.
The best part of this is that the remote update was free of charge.

Home Arcade in a Box was recommended to me by a co- worker. She said I would get great support if I purchased from here. She was right. I ordered the Android TV box on the phone. I received it two days later. It was ready to go. My daughter said that they need updates. They don't. It's automatic. So we downloaded stuff and lost the set up. The next day Monday I was able to get remote help by Vance to reset it back up. Can Amazon do that??? I know they can't. Why buy from there. This was so much easier. Just telling ya. We bought an Android box off Amazon and have had nothing but problems with it from the very beginning. Getting help or even proper demonstrations to update/operate it has been difficult and disappointing. Then I heard about Vance at Home Arcade in a Box. I dropped off my box and not only did him and his wife update it quickly, they customised it to my husband's favorite hockey team, added folders strictly for kids shows and movies, and it is operating faster and better than ever! My husband is so happy to be able to watch the playoff games, ALL of them, now that our box is operational again. Last year I purchased a android box from Angie and Vance from Home Arcade in the box. U see a lot of different android boxes on the market these days. I learnt the hard way I purchased a box from someone off of Kijji the year before for way more money when it came time for updates and I called the guy back number was disconnected. I was stuck with a box I paid lots of money for could not get any updates this box was totally useless!!! I contacted Vance purchased 1 box. Then came back purchased 3 more boxes for my house. My friends and family also purchased boxes as well. What is different about Home Arcade in a box Vance offers excellent support for his customers. Excellent customer service tech support and great prices. I'm a firm believer u get what u pay for. The box pays for its self. I was referred to Home Arcade in a Box by my bestie, so in October of 2016 I bought one. I have to say it is the best thing ever, easy to set up and to use!
I have totally cut out my cable which is has paid for my box a few times over already. We now have 2 boxes in our household, my parents have one, my brother has one and we all love them, as well as a few co-workers.
The customer service that I have received from Vance and Angie is amazing and if I ever have a problem with the box Vance is always there to answer my questions or concerns quickly and very efficiently.

While there are many Android Boxes on the market; the Customer Service Vance provides is top notch and no doubt the best there is! Fast, efficient and solid customer service counts for a lot in my opinion. Vance is passionate and knowledgeable about the products he sells and is very patient about explaining things. He even provided links to his You Tube tutorials which i found to be very helpful. Much like a tablet, the boxes he sells are media streaming devices that are simple to set up and navigate.
